2nd Annual

Saturday was what seems to be our annual Pre-Season Sabres game. We had fun it seems to fall close to Jim's birthday which is today. Happy Birthday Dear. We had dinner at the ship with some friends it's great to see old friends and joke and kid like the old days. Always a good time at the ship when you can walk out of there you always walk out with a story.

Stepher Bug

All of the kids have some sort of nickname or shortening. Tyler Man, Stepher Bug, Asher, Kaylee Baby. On Sunday at church the craft was to draw a picture of your self. Well Steph drew a bug. So I asked her why she did that. "Well I'm Stepher Bug." I can not take credit for this nickname. My younger brother Glenny gave this name to her just after she was born and its stuck.

Weekend

Our Weekend was rather uneventful. We worked on Firewood Friday and Saturday. Well playing with Kaylee baby she has learned so much. Its once again amazing how quickly they grow up. Her Daddy has taught her how to give five and its so cute to watch her walk from person to person looking for five and her face lites up when you give her five. She also picked up the words peak a bo it doesn't really sound that clear but you get the point.

Meeting Dixie

This past week my parents have adopted a horse were not sure if they will get to keep her until her baby is born in the spring or not but the kids were excited to meet her. Plus play with the puppy's we can't have a visit up there with out playing with the puppy's. Well for now until they get to big which won't be to long.

I was not sure how I wanted to label this. My three little monkeys, future stunt doubles or how about just trying to give mom a heart attack?

Kaylee's Been Busy

Kaylee has been very busy. In the last two weeks she has cut four teeth and last night I noticed two more coming in. We have been very lucky none of them have bothered her.

Sorry

Sorry I have not posted we have been trying to get into a routine with the new school year and last week being the first full week of school. I'm also being over grown in tomato's . And if you live close and want some tomato's let me know I have regular type and plum tomato. Were also trying to get our wood pile split and stacked. We worked on that all day yesterday and cut the pile in half but still a lot of work left to do. We got hit with the last of Ike last night so I'm told I was so tired I slept through it. The baby work up at 4:00 and I heard that my selective hearing I guess.

Prayers for Hunter

This past weekend at Sunday School we learned that my cousins new baby boy Hunter (two months old) may be blind. We are very close with Renee Hunters grandmother not only did she watch the kids for us for 6 years but Abby (hunters big sister ) is like the girls other sister. So please send out an extra prayer for Hunters family as they have to wait until September 26th to find out the severity of blindness and if there is any thing they can do to improve any vision he may have. Right now he has no reaction to any eye stimulation but does turn from bright light so that could be a good sign.

First Day Back to School

Today is the kids first day back to school. Stephanie could not wait and Tyler was loosing his freedom. I will have pictures maybe later today but probably not until tomorrow so check back. Ashley was ready to go also but two more years for Asher, and Kaylee just wanted to wave bye.
